Session 1 — Executive Briefing

Half-day, up to 10 senior executives, delivered before your certified Belt cohort begins. A clear, non-technical grounding in what Lean Six Sigma can do for your business. A concrete, practical definition of what active sponsorship actually requires day to day — not just approval. Every executive leaves having personally committed to a project or area they’ll sponsor, in the room, not just having attended a briefing.

Session 2 — Executive Check-In

2 hours, up to 10 senior executives, delivered 3–4 months into deployment. A structured review of real project progress against what was committed in Session 1. Obstacles identified and removed early, while they’re still fixable — including the friction between competing departmental priorities that only leadership can resolve. A plan for protecting early wins, so progress doesn’t quietly revert once attention moves on.
